There are many cards in the pack but there is only one A.C.E. (Arthur C. Evans) in the pack!’ is Arthur C. Evans’ tagline and it couldn’t be more accurate when describing Arthur. He is indeed a man of notable accolades – Arthur C. Evans is Zimbabwe’s multi-talented 6 in 1 creative entrepreneur and media personality as Arthur is a coveted MC, Radio personality who hosts ‘Breakfast with Arthur C. Evans’ on Skyz Metro FM every Saturday from 6 am to 10 am as well as Global Links every Friday from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm and television presenter.

Arthur is actually the first Zimbabwean from Matabeleland to have produced his own show, The Arthur C. Evans Show’, to air on DSTV, he is also a voice-over artist, motivational speaker and the Financial Director at Technoexpert Construction a category ‘A’ civil and building construction company based in Bulawayo.

Where did it all begin? What began as a high school task and a suggestion from the producer of Zimbabwe Supermodel, Dale Harding, in 2003 has become what many have called a remarkable ability.

Arthur C. Evans is a sharp-witted presenter who started making his mark in Zimbabwe 13 years ago and continues to do so as the country’s best Master of Ceremonies and Presenter. He has a talent for managing the masses and boldly brings a unique brand of presenting that few have mastered. Gifted with a soulful voice that captures the heart and the mind, Arthur has learned how to captivate, entertain and inspire in one seemingly effortless presentation. No matter the occasion Arthur C. Evans is a name that cannot be forgotten. Arthur has hosted over hundreds of events over the years from weddings, parties and other invitational events some of which include Megafest Business Awards, Mine Entra and Matabeleland fashion week and has even graced the screens of viewers of SABC3 in the recent past.

The Arthur C. Evans Show recently scooped a NAMA Award for “The Most Outstanding Television Production” in the country, a remarkable achievement for a production in its first season. The show which is a brainchild of its namesake Arthur C. Evans and co-producer and director Trevor ‘Trey’ Ncube. Season 1 featured guests such as Motlatsi Mafatshe of SABC3’s ‘Isidingo’ and Vuzu’s ‘It’s Complicated’, as well as Thato Molamu ex’Generations’and Etv’s ‘Umlilo’, Maps Maponyane, Cynthia Mare, Ammara Brown, Bishop C. Nyathi to mention but a few. The Arthur C. Evans Show is highly influential and deals with topics, trendsetters, pioneers and celebrities from Zimbabwe and across Africa with the overall goal of not just being entertaining and entrancing but inspirational through the discovery of their lives behind the titles they are commonly known for.

Another side of Arthur which is often not spoken of is his love for leadership and inspiring people to move their lives to greater heights marked by measurable success. Arthur is guided by life coach, motivational speaker Keith K. Heywood who has a unique brand of his own and is well known in Zimbabwe, Asia and recently spoke alongside keynote speakers at the International Internal Auditors conference in London where he shared the stage with Prince Charles. Arthur’s mentor Pastor Patrick Dube continues to give mentorship that ensures that the ACE in the pack is wholly grounded. Arthur is also backed by an exemplary wife Lorna Evans and his adorable daughter Jessica who are his biggest fans.

In recent past, his close relationship with explosive marketing consultants Megafest has catalysed the rise of this man’s flag in the highest echelon of regions regarding this once unknown entity. Headhunted for only the best functions, and best productions, Arthur remains humble yet driven to add value to every appointment given.

Arthur has a keen interest in playing an active role in assisting the underprivileged children in society and has hosted a number of events to this end. Orphanages and NGOs that Arthur has assisted include Emthunzini Wethemba Children’s’ Home, Khayelitsha Children’s Village and Rotaract Bulawayo. Arthur also mentors 4 young men who are excelling in their respective careers.

In the family-run construction business, Technoexpert Construction boasts of an impressive CV from the smallest renovations to some of the largest projects that the region has seen such as the refurbishment of the once dilapidated Prince’s Flats building in Bulawayo as well as the upgrading of two Delta Beverages plants namely Delta Bon Accord and Delta Fairbridge.
